This class will cover; What etiquette is, what etiquette is not, and why good manners still matter today; Meeting people and making quality, long-lasting first impressions; Basic courtesies to help you fine-tune and polish your daily vocabulary; Public dos and don’ts and the top etiquette skills everyone should know.

This class is led by a Certified Etiquette Consultant with over 22 years of experience in the etiquette industry as well as the customer service and human resources industry.
